Guest Cancellations With Trip Protection
- Cancel your reservation up to 48 hours prior to departure and receive a full refund, less the Trip Protection fee, or choose a gift voucher with no expiration date.
- Cancel within 48 hours of departure and receive a gift voucher for the full value of your reservation with no rebooking fees.
Guest Cancellations Without Trip Protection
- Cancel your reservation up to 48 hours prior to departure and receive a 50% refund. The remaining 50% will be retained as a credit toward a future trip.
- Cancel within 48 hours of departure and receive a gift voucher for the value of your reservation. A $100 rebooking fee will apply when the voucher is redeemed for a future trip.
Operator Cancellations (Weather, Mechanical, Maintenance, or Government Mandates)
On rare occasions, Homosassa Eco Tours may be forced to cancel a trip due to unsafe weather conditions, vessel maintenance, mechanical breakdowns, unforeseen government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control. These decisions are made solely with the safety of our guests and crew in mind and often occur at the last minute when conditions change unexpectedly.

With Trip Protection
- Receive a 100% refund of all monies paid or a gift card/voucher.
Without Trip Protection
- Receive a gift voucher for the full value of your reservation with no expiration date.

With Trip Protection
- Receive a gift voucher for the full value of your reservation with no expiration date and no rebooking fees or a full refund less trip protection fees.
